On Wednesday May 9th, Widdifield’s student group “Free The Children” hosted an International Dinner with proceeds going to Hands The FamilyHelpNetwork.ca and our new Children’s Residential Treatment Centre! On Saturday May 5th Sturgeon Falls Hands’ office celebrated children’s mental health week with a BBQ and open house! The event was a tremendous success with over 300 people in attendance. Hands joined other Nipissing community mental health partners in a “beat the monday blues” wave at the Lakeshore Dr. overpass. Our dedicated crew took to the streets with signs and enthousiasm receiving many honks and waves in return. How to access:
The first step in accessing any of our clinical services listed above is to schedule a comprehensive, integrated intake which is completed with a member of the Hands Intake Team.
There are 2 ways to schedule an intake:
Note: To access School Mental Health Services, schools are requested to complete a Consultation request form and send it to the Hands SMH Manager.
To access TIPS Consultation, schools or daycares are requested to complete a Consultation request form and fax it to the nearest office.
