Hands’ Heroes Drawing Contest

Hands TheFamilyHelpNetwork.ca is hosting Hands’ Heroes Drawing Contest for children and youth. The contest, which celebrates everyday heroes helping young people in our communities, is the first phase of a holiday fundraising initiative in support of Hands’ Family Matters Campaign.

Winners of the drawing contest will receive a $100 gift card for Northgate Shopping Centre and have their art featured on holiday ornaments, which will be a key part of Hands’ Heroes Fundraising Campaign.

Hands’ Heroes is an initiative in support of Hands’ Family Matters Campaign, a capital campaign for the new North East Ontario Family Help and Treatment Centre to be located at 391 Oak Street West, North Bay, ON.

How to Enter:

  • Submissions
  • Drop off completed artwork at any Hands location
  • Mail to: Hands TheFamilyHelpNetwork.ca at  222 Main Street East, North Bay, ON P1B 1B1
  • Email scanned artwork (JPEG or PDF of 300dpi or higher) to [email protected].
  • All artwork submitted to Hands’ Heroes Drawing Contest becomes the property of Hands TheFamilyHelpNetwork.ca.
  • Deadline: Friday, September 29, 2017 at 11:59 pm
  • Quantity: Limit one submission per artist
  • Theme: Artwork should reflect the theme of everyday heroes helping children/youth in our community.
  • Judging: Judges will evaluate submitted artwork and select a winner based on originality and overall impression. The art contest is designed for children/youth under nineteen years of age divided into four age categories: 5 and under; 6 to 9; 10 to 13; and 14 to 18.
