Training Opportunity: Collborative Problem Solving

Posted on: January 13th, 2014

March 26-27-28, 2014 in North Bay, ON

This three-day training is intended for clinicians, social workers, educators, and front line staff members who are interested in becoming more proficient in the innovative and evidence-based approach to understanding and helping children and adolescents with severe behavioral challenges as described in the book, Treating Explosive Kids: The Collaborative Problem Solving Approach.

CPS is a process by which adults and children/youth resolve problems together. When problems are approached collaboratively, solutions are durable and address lagging skills that get in the way of success.

This training is being delivered by trainers certified by the Massachussetts General Hospital’s Think Kids Program.
